GENERAL PURPOSE:
The Investor Relations Manager is responsible for supporting and executing the Company's investor relations ("IR") strategy and day-to-day activities. This role serves as a key liaison between the Company and the investment community, helping communicate the Company's business strategy, financial performance, growth initiatives, and value proposition to investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
The Investor Relations Manager will possess a strong understanding of capital markets, financial reporting, corporate communications, and investor engagement. This position works closely with executive leadership, finance, legal, marketing, and communications teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and effective messaging to the investment community.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the development and execution of the Company's investor relations strategy and annual communication plan.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with institutional and retail investors, analysts, shareholders, and financial media.
• Respond to investor inquiries and coordinate follow-up communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in preparing earnings materials, including presentations, scripts, Q&A documents, talking points, and supporting analyses.
• Coordinate logistics and content preparation for quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows, and other investor-facing events.
• Develop and maintain investor-focused communications, presentations, fact sheets, website content, and other marketing collateral.
• Manage and update the investor relations section of the corporate website and support social media initiatives related to investor communications.
• Monitor analyst reports, industry developments, peer activities, and market trends, providing summaries and insights to management.
• Support preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, earnings releases, and other public disclosures.
• Assist in drafting press releases and public communications related to financial and corporate developments.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Marketing, Government Relations, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment and consistency in external communications.
• Track investor engagement activities and maintain investor relationship databases and reporting tools.
• Manage relationships with external investor relations consultants and service providers, as assigned.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior investor relations staff, contractors, or consultants when applicable.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, public company finance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting investor relations activities for a publicly traded company preferred.
• Mining, natural resources, energy, or industrial sector experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Strong understanding of capital markets, financial statements, valuation concepts, and SEC reporting requirements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financial and operational information and translate complex concepts into clear investor messaging.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with investor relations platforms, CRM systems, and website content management systems preferred.

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
