We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple fencing projects from planning to completion. This role requires strong leadership, estimating expertise, and a proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and schedules efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of ensuring every project meets Energy Fencing’s high standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Project Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and manage all project phases — from kickoff through completion.
- Budget & Cost Control: Develop budgets, track project costs, and ensure profitability.
- Estimating: Perform takeoffs, prepare accurate cost estimates, and assist with bid proposals.
- Team Management: Supervise field crews, engineers, and subcontractors; ensure safety and performance standards are met.
- Scheduling: Create and manage project timelines; ensure milestones are met.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits and inspections to verify work meets specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation and reports in CRM/project management systems.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, fencing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM and project management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field experience (required).
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience (required).
- English proficiency (required).
- Must be located in NYC or within 25 miles of Brooklyn, NY 11207.
- Ability to commute to Brooklyn, NY 11207 (required) and various sites
- Primarily office-based with regular site visits.
- Fast-paced environment managing multiple ongoing projects.
Salary: Starting at $70,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities, performance bonus, yearly bonus
