The Role
We’re hiring a dynamic Customer Success Manager who can serve as the primary point of contact for our Energy Domain Data clients. This role focuses on customer adoption, satisfaction and retention while identifying growth opportunities within the existing client base. The ideal candidate will combine strong relationship-building skills with technical acumen and industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison for all clients, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients
- Proactively identify and address issues before they impact customer satisfaction
- Guide clients through onboarding and collaborate with the Product team on development opportunities
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Partner with Support to address any client issues and ensure successful delivery of the platform
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High urgency traits
- Two to Four years in a customer-facing role within SaaS or technology, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry
- Strong interest or knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry
- Experience with CRM systems and Customer Success

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
