Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Relationship Manager based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include conducting regular client meetings, developing tailored strategies, addressing client concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared objectives and deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
