I’m currently looking for a Freelance Logistics Business Expert as part of a large transformation programme for one of my clients.
📍 Location: Alabama (hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

📄 Contract: Long-term freelance assignment
This role focuses on bridging operational teams with future solution design — leading workshops, performing GAP analysis, and producing high-quality functional documentation to support the implementation phase.
Key responsibilities:
• Partnering with business teams to align with operations
• Analysing current logistics solutions and integrations
• Conducting GAP analysis against target processes
• Leading workshops and gathering requirements
• Producing BRDs and functional specifications
• Acting as a liaison between business and delivery teams
• Managing risks, dependencies, and open issues
Experience required:
• 10 years in logistics or supply chain
• Strong operational experience (warehouse, inventory, distribution, transport)
• Proven workshop facilitation and documentation skills
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement capability
• Experience working in international environments
