Youll work closely with one other team member to manage incoming materials, organize stock, and ensure timely access to parts, tools, and supplies for field crews.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with construction or service industry workflows preferred
- Experience with electrical components or vendors is helpful but not required
- Forklift operation and equipment handling experience preferred
- Comfortable using basic warehouse management systems or inventory software
- No college degree requiredrelevant experience and a proactive mindset matter most
Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and organize materials, tools, and supplies for construction and service jobs
- Track inventory levels and coordinate timely restocking based on project and field needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment
- Support field teams by preparing and staging materials for scheduled work
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., forklift, pallet jack)
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, labeling, and workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate material needs and reduce downtime
