Responsibilities
● Serve as a Visual Observer (VO) during drone flight operations, maintaining continuous visual contact with the aircraft
● Monitor the sky and surrounding airspace for other aircraft, obstacles, or hazards
● Communicate clearly and promptly with the remote pilot regarding any safety concerns
● Follow all site safety protocols and FAA airspace guidelines
● Travel to and work from various field locations in and around Midland
Requirements
● Fluent English (spoken and written) - required
● Reliable personal vehicle - required
● Valid driver's license and current auto insurance - required
● Ability to stand and work outdoors for extended periods, in varying weather conditions
● Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
● Reliable and punctual; comfortable working independently in the field
