Senior CSA Project Manager Nationwide US Travel | Major Construction Projects | Executive-Level Opportunity

I am recruiting for a leading construction and infrastructure organisation seeking an experienced Senior CSA Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex building and infrastructure projects across the United States.

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior CSA Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping large-scale projects from inception through to completion. Please note: This is a fully travelling position requiring up to 100% travel across various project locations throughout the US.
The Role As a Senior CSA Project Manager, you will provide leadership across multiple construction projects while managing teams of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents.

You will oversee project delivery, drive operational excellence, maintain client relationships and contribute to the successful growth of the business through project acquisition and execution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage complex CSA construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• Direct and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and site leadership teams
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and key partners
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities to support business growth
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement and commercial performance
• Manage project risk and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Drive quality standards and operational excellence across all project activities
• Provide executive-level reporting and project updates to senior leadership
• Support strategic business development initiatives and client engagement activities

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Senior CSA Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within commercial, industrial, infrastructure, power, aviation or large-scale construction environments
• Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
• Demonstrated success delivering high-value construction projects
• Excellent client-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across geographically dispersed projects
• Experience with project financial management, forecasting and reporting
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States
