Development Project Manager - Data Center
📍 Chicago or Atlanta, USA | Travel Required
We’re partnering with a leading data center developer and operator to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale mission critical projects across the US.
This role will work closely with Senior Project Managers and Directors, supporting projects from design through construction and commissioning. You’ll play a key role in managing budgets, schedules, contractor coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support full project lifecycle delivery across data centre developments
• Manage budgets, invoicing, change orders, and reporting using Procore/Yardi
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Maintain project schedules and monitor risks/exposures
• Oversee documentation, contracts, and project controls
• Assist with procurement of consultants and general contractors
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience delivering construction or mission critical projects
✔ Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
✔ Familiarity with Procore, Yardi, or similar project management tools
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Willingness to travel as required
