We’re partnering with a global technology leader to find a Critical Environment Operations Manager who will oversee multiple data center facilities within a regional campus. What You’ll Do
✅ Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including Facility Managers and Operations Technicians
✅ Manage staffing, resource allocation, and succession planning
✅ Drive KPIs for uptime, MTTR, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency
✅ Oversee incident/change management and act as escalation point for critical issues
✅ Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and construction teams to deliver objectives
✅ Champion automation, safety programs, and sustainability initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations Management (or equivalent experience)
10 years in data center or mission-critical operations, with 5 years managing teams
Strong knowledge of power, cooling, server hardware, and networking
Proven ability to manage 24x7 operations and meet reliability SLAs
Preferred
Master’s degree (MBA or Engineering)
Experience managing large teams (50 employees) in hyperscale environments
Expertise in operational excellence frameworks
