PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:
The Fleet Manager will oversee the fleet department in the US and Canada. Reviews and supervises the motor
vehicle fleet as to type and model mix, fuel management, maintenance (preventative and on-demand), and
supporting back-up vehicles ensuring proper practices and documentation of standards are maintained. In addition,
focus on maintaining and arranging for appropriate repairs to Frac Shacks and associated equipment will be a priority.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
- Plan, organize, and schedule authorized repair and maintenance work as it relates to frac operations.
- Manage all related maintenance and construction of Energera Frac Shacks™ and related equipment.
- Communicate regularly with VP Operations and scheduler/dispatcher regarding status of Frac ENA (Energera
- Submit reports weekly including but not limited to Energera America equipment conditions, break downs,
- Manage vehicle licensure and registration.
- Works with the legal department, operations, and safety on any incidents that require insurance claims.
- Develop and direct a preventive maintenance program to minimize expenses and maximize the use of
- Manage a QA/QC program for Energera America to maintain above-satisfactory levels of work on the Frac
- Recommend reductions and/or additions to equipment and changes in level of service.
- Develop and administer a testing and inspection program to determine quality, suitability, and compliance
- Prepare and submit a preliminary maintenance report and budget for three months, six months, one-year,
- Coordinate with Procurement and VP Operations to negotiate, purchase and maintain all supplies and
- Coordinate with Procurement and VP Operations on disposal and acquisition of assets
- Maintain asset tracking for all fleet trucks, equipment and inventory of parts and tools.
- Keep accurate records relating to the above duties with prompt submission to the VP Operations
- Coordinate and/or assist with mobs and demobs
- Compliance with quality and safety management requirements
- Attends quarterly board meetings and presents report for the fleet department, creates and manages Key
- Manage the Fleet Coordinator and Shop Assistant positions.
- Assist in any other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or logistics preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or similar role
- Excellent communicator and writer, management experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs
- Good interpersonal skills, flexible
