- Partner with Production Engineers, Programmers, and Test personnel to align priorities, resolve issues, and maintain production flow.
Project Oversight
- Manage electrical projects from order entry through production, testing, shipment, and final customer acceptance.
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to meet customer commitments.
- Lead internal project meetings to identify risks, communicate changes, and elevate issues requiring management attention.
Customer Communication
- Serve as the primary customer liaison for assigned projects—providing updates, requesting needed information, and ensuring expectations are aligned.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing concerns quickly and professionally.
Project Reporting & Metrics
- Track project performance, production timelines, risks, and readiness for test and shipment.
- Provide weekly project health reports including milestone status, risks, schedule impacts, and engineering/documentation needs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve communication, throughput, and customer satisfaction
General
- Be a self-driven and highly organized team contributor who supports Enercon’s culture of doing “whatever it takes” to deliver quality products to customers.
