What are the responsibilities and job description for the NPI Process Engineer position at Enercon Technologies?
As an NPI Process Engineer you will lead the transition of products from development to full-scale production. You will work cross-functionally with Project Management, Design Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product launches that meet performance, cost, quality and delivery goals.
In the role of NPI Process Engineer:
You will lead and manage product transition from prototype to production, ensuring readiness across all manufacturing and supply chain functions.
You will collaborate with design engineering teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and testable.
You will input to and manage project plans, schedules and deliverables for new product launches in conjunction with project management.
You will create and maintain manufacturing process documentation, including work instruction, routings, BOMs, and process flows.
You will coordinate pilot builds and production ramp-up activities.
You will identify and mitigate risks throughout the NPI process.
You will drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives during this process.
You will facilitate design reviews and product readiness reviews.

You must have experience with MS Project.
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3 years of experience in manufacturing, product development, or NPI related roles
Strong experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
Familiarity with ERP and product data management tools is a plus.
