- Leadership & Motivation: Lead teams with a positive attitude to achieve project goals aligned with ENERCON's excellence standards
- Collaboration & Coordination: Interface with clients to ensure quality and deadlines on exciting design projects
- Communication: Lead various internal engineering disciplines and delegate project roles
- Design & Estimating: Prepare design studies, scopes, and engineering estimates
- Procurement & Specifications: Develop equipment procurement specs, evaluate bids, and select equipment
- Technical Expertise: Perform electrical calculations and solve complex technical problems
- Field Engagement: Travel for walkdowns, field installations, and start-up
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license – strongly preferred
- 6 years of I&C engineering experience, including 2 years in a leadership role (project or people)
- Power generation project experience – highly preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
