- Visionary Leadership & Team Coordination: Spearhead dynamic teams to drive innovative design solutions, ensuring exceptional quality and impactful outcomes
- Engineering Innovation: Collaborate with technical staff to develop winning, highly technical, engineering proposals and support coordination between disciplines
- Strategic Project Mastery: Orchestrate projects with precision, delivering on time and within budget
- Financial Stewardship & Performance Insight: Navigate project financials with confidence, providing clear insights and ensuring optimal performance at every step
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Forge lasting partnerships, acting as the trusted liaison to guide projects to success and exceed client goals
- Business Growth & Opportunity Leadership: Drive growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping compelling proposals, and fueling future success
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering strongly preferred
- Design Engineering experience with the modification and implementation process, calculations, specifications, etc. in power facilities
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in power industry as an Electrical Engineer or Project Manager
- Experience estimating engineering hours and mentoring team members preferred
- Professional Engineer Licensure strongly preferred
- Ability to understand and work with budget and accounting processes
- Excellent organizational, time management, strategic planning, writing, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills
- Effective communication skills with demonstrated ability to work across disciplines and teams
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 10% of the time; duration of travel may vary depending on project and client needs, ranging from a few days to a few weeks
