About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team in the data center industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality engineering documents and designs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare error-free engineering documents according to industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Generate engineering-related documents in accordance with client and ENERCON procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry codes and standards, safety culture, and design techniques suitable to the data center industry.
- Produce high-quality engineering deliverables consistent with project work scopes and client expectations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through professional interactions and communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
Minimum of 3 years of engineering design experience.
Experience in electrical codes, standards, and criteria for power systems.
Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
