About This Job

We are seeking an experienced 1st Class Wireman to join our team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems while ensuring all work meets safety standards and NEC code requirements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical systems in compliance with NEC codes

• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues

• Install electrical fixtures and equipment

• Perform wire terminations and connections safely and accurately

• Conduct electrical testing and inspections

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Safely operate hand and power tools

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in commercial or industrial electrical work

• Strong knowledge of electrical wiring practices and NEC compliance

• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics

• Solid troubleshooting skills

• Experience with power distribution systems and electrical testing

• Proficient with hand and power tools

Physical Requirements/Work Conditions

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
