Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Fargo, ND. The Guest Experience Specialist will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for all spa visitors. Daily responsibilities include welcoming guests, guiding them through the thermal spa services, maintaining cleanliness and organization of spa facilities, managing appointment schedules, and answering inquiries about services. The role also involves assisting with service recommendations and fostering a relaxing and welcoming environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide outstanding customer service
- Organizational skills to manage bookings, schedules, and spa operations efficiently
- Ability to learn and understand the benefits of our services, such as infrared saunas and cold plunge therapy
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for health and wellness
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa/wellness settings is a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
