The Role: Order Fulfillment Specialist

We’re hiring a part-time Order Fulfillment Specialist to pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment - making sure the right items, quantities, and configurations go out the door.

Schedule: ~ 20 hours per week, assisting with order prep and shipping. The role also includes documenting picks in our inventory system, re-stocking shelves, moving inventory from the warehouse to pick stations, and unloading deliveries at the dock. There’s some flexibility in setting your schedule, though hours are generally expected to fall before 2 PM.

What You’ll Do

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Use warehouse technology to locate and verify products
• Pack and prepare shipments by item, quantity, and size
• Re-stock inventory and keep pick areas organized
• Record completed picks in inventory software
• Move and lift packages up to ~30 lbs
• Follow health, safety, and quality procedures

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Experience with inventory management software (bonus)
• Strong attention to detail; reliable and on time
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and stay on your feet
• Steady, practical approach to getting work done

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
