About the Role:
This role is responsible for supporting daily production operations through effective management of materials, equipment, warehouse organization, and administrative processes. The position ensures supervisors are equipped with the necessary tools and supplies, maintains accurate inventory and job costing, and oversees the organization and readiness of production vehicles and workspace.
Additionally, the role assists with warehouse operations, including job pre-loading and vault management, while maintaining a clean and organized environment. The position also provides administrative support with time tracking, payroll coordination, and temporary worker management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
This individual plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting scheduling needs, and contributing to smooth day-to-day production activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse management, preferably within construction or emergency services sectors.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing warehouse operations supporting emergency services or disaster response.
- Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and emergency response protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Supervisors with materials needed for jobs.
- Track and charge jobs for materials used.
- Work with Shane to order more materials and ensure inventory is well kept.
- Check Production Vehicles every morning to make sure they are organized and stocked correctly.
- Provide Supervisors with tools and equipment for their jobs, usually the items within the cages and charge appropriately to job.
- Keep warehouse and clean room organized and clean.
- Move Vaults for jobs to be loaded or unloaded
- Go over employee times to ensure job numbers and phases are correct.
- Make sure employees are recording time correctly.
