We’re Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) — Family & Investment Office

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are expanding our team to support the next phase of our platform and are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to help lead and integrate the financial and operational backbone of a private family and investment office focused on direct investing and long-term operating company ownership.
This is not a traditional corporate CFO role and not a deal-sourcing position.
This is a hands-on, generalist integrator role for someone who can maintain command across moving parts — capital planning, liquidity, operations, reporting, valuation processes, and execution — and who is willing to roll up their sleeves in a lean environment. We value a bias to act, learn, and iterate. Active use of AI tools and automation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision support is expected.
What you’ll own
- Help coordinate core family office operations and ensure the platform functions as one cohesive system
- Liquidity planning, forecasting, and capital coordination
- Reporting that delivers a consolidated financial view and clear decision support
- Coordination with external advisors across tax, planning, and governance matters
- Execution discipline across investments, legal documentation, and workflows
- Oversight of valuation and portfolio reporting processes
- Vendor, banking, and advisor orchestration with an outsourcing-first mindset

Qualifications
- 6–12 years in finance, family office, fund operations, or PE-backed operating finance (or similarly execution-focused roles)
- Experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance leader in a lean, hands-on environment is relevant
- Strong liquidity planning and multi-entity coordination skills
- Familiarity with partnership structures and private investment workflows
- Experience supporting valuation and reporting processes
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Active user of AI tools and automation
- Relocation to the Palm Beach area; in-person collaboration expected
Preferred
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent rigorous training
- Familiarity with family office or investment reporting platforms
