Our Delivery Associates drive company-provided vans to safely deliver packages to customers while representing our team professionally on and off the road.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery van Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information Deliver packages professionally and courteously to customers Navigate a variety of delivery routes throughout the Saginaw area Load and unload packages during your shift Work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Shifts are approximately 8–10 hours Delivery routes involve frequent entering and exiting of the vehicle Delivery routes may include a high volume of packages throughout the day Drivers should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions Full-time associates typically work 4 or more days per week Part-time associates typically work 2–3 days per week Weekend availability is required
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver’s license required Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. Ability to get in and out of a delivery van throughout the shift Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced environment Strong attendance and reliability Positive attitude and professional communication skills
