We are looking for motivated, reliable, and safety-focused TEAM PLAYERS who enjoy working independently, staying active, and being part of a strong team environment. Our Delivery Associates drive company-provided vans to safely deliver packages to customers while representing our team professionally on and off the road.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Safely operate a company-provided delivery van
- Use a handheld device for routing and customer delivery information
- Deliver packages professionally and courteously to customers
- Navigate a variety of delivery routes throughout the Lansing area
- Load and unload packages during your shift
- Work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Shifts are approximately 8–10 hours
- Delivery routes involve frequent entering and exiting of the vehicle
- Delivery routes may include a high volume of packages throughout the day
- Drivers should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions
- Full-time associates typically work 4 or more days per week
- Part-time associates typically work 2–3 days per week
- Weekend availability is required
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs
- Ability to get in and out of a delivery van throughout the shift
- Ability to work independently and safely in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Positive attitude and professional communication skills
