Endurance IT Services is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support business transformation initiatives through process improvement, automation, AI, and technology solutions for a client in Chesapeake! This role partners closely with business and technical teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, improve workflows, and support successful solution delivery.
Duration: Option-to-Hire | Eligible for full benefits
Location: Chesapeake, VA
Work Arrangement: 100% onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify business challenges and process improvement opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Create process maps, user stories, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
- Support automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, data teams, cybersecurity, and vendors.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog management, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- Evaluate solution impacts, risks, dependencies, and business value.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Present recommendations, project updates, and findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, automation, AI, digital transformation, or related areas.
- Experience gathering requirements and supporting technology implementations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot)
- AI and workflow automation technologies
- Azure AI Services, Microsoft Fabric, UiPath, or similar platforms
- Agile methodologies and project delivery practices
