Role Description The Electronic Services/Card Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Duncan, OK. This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining electronic banking services, including debit and credit cards, online banking, mobile banking, and ATM network issues. The representative will monitor card transactions for potential fraud, assist members with card-related inquiries and disputes, and process card activations, replacements, and limit changes. Daily tasks include troubleshooting electronic service issues, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and security standards. The role also involves documenting member interactions, providing clear communication and education about electronic services, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and member experience.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and resolve card or electronic service issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of electronics and electronic banking systems, including card processing platforms, online and mobile banking tools, and ATM functionality.
- Effective communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with members, team members, and external partners.
- Familiarity with electricity and basic electrical or electronic concepts; exposure to electrical engineering principles is beneficial for understanding technical system components.
- Customer service experience in a financial institution or similar environment, with a focus on problem resolution and member satisfaction.
- Comfort working with banking software, CRM tools, and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar).
