Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on residential HVAC systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to tenant requests and resolving issues efficiently.
- Keep truck stocked to be able to perform job efficiently and accurately.
- Be able to talk to customers professionally.
Requirements
- Experience in residential HVAC systems.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively.
- Background/knowledge in residential HVAC systems
- Have a valid clean drivers license
