As our organization continues to expand, we're looking for a Senior Accountant who wants more than a traditional accounting role. This role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor within a fast-growing organization, with exposure to multiple aspects of the accounting function. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where processes are evolving.

This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys both execution and process improvement, and who wants to grow alongside the business.

Responsibilities include:

· Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

· Support the month-end and year-end close processes

· Assist in maintaining general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial data

· Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

· Assist with inventory accounting and periodic inventory counts

· Support budgeting and forecasting processes

· Analyze financial results and provide insights to management

· Assist with audit support preparation

· Evaluate and improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation

· Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies

· Support optimization of accounting systems (Sage Intacct & Ramp)

· Assist with accounts payable responsibilities

· Any other ad hoc projects as necessary

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

· 3-5 years of accounting experience

· Mix of public and private accounting experience preferred but not required

· Inventory accounting experience preferred but not required

· Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP system preferred but not required

· Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

· Advanced excel skills and comfort working with large datasets

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

· Experience with intercompany transactions preferred
