Key Responsibilities
- Welcome new patients and ensure they have a comfortable, positive experience
- Present treatment options and financial arrangements in a clear, professional manner
- Support the doctor during consultations by taking records, photos, and notes as needed
- Coordinate scheduling and follow-up appointments
- Track treatment conversions and follow up with potential patients
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records
- Pre-auth submissions
