What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Inventory Specialist (Service Representative) position at Endries?
Do you enjoy hands-on work, staying active during the day, and working directly with customers instead of sitting at a desk?

In this role, you will work on-site at customer facilities to manage and replenish inventory of industrial fasteners and components used in manufacturing. Your work helps ensure customers always have the parts they need to keep their production running smoothly. Once on site, you’ll walk through the facility replenishing bins with fasteners and components used on the production line. You’ll scan inventory levels, restock parts, and organize inventory locations so the customer always has what they need available.
Much of the replenishment work happens during second shift hours when the production line is not running, which makes it easier to move throughout the plant and maintain inventory.
Throughout the day you’ll interact with customer teams, solve small inventory issues, and ensure their supply of parts stays consistent.

- Excellent customer service skills
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- The ability to repetitively lift up to 30-50# and walk 3-7 miles a day
