What You’ll Do

The primary job of a Receiving Associate is safely unloading incoming material, performing quality checks, and accurately receiving product into the computer system.

Duties Include

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities, item descriptions, and condition against purchase orders.
• Inspect deliveries for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues and report concerns promptly.
• Accurately document received goods in inventory or ERP systems
• Assist internal departments with locating or delivering needed materials.
• Provide support during audits and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment safely.
• Unload trucks and containers using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who has:

• A passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Prior forklift and receiving experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• The ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet 50–75% of the day
