Description
We are seeking a driven and analytical Quote Specialist to identify, develop, and manage supplier relationships while maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer service and working capital goals.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and on-time delivery performance across our supply chain.
What You’ll Do
- Obtain timely supplier quotations to support Sales inquiries and new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate system records within ERP
- Evaluate and manage suppliers based on cost, quality, service, and delivery performance
- Drive continuous improvement through vendor management and performance tracking
- Negotiate terms including pricing, delivery, freight, and service levels
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Quality, Accounting, Operations, and Purchasing
- Adhere to ISO procedures, Work Instructions, and Standard Procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent industry experience
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High sense of urgency and customer commitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP systems
- Competitive base salary: $70,000 – $90,000 annually

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
