We are looking for a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler to join our Group and help in our goal to become a world class maintenance organization. This role will be within the maintenance department within Endress Hauser Flow, USA.

What is the role about?

This role is responsible for planning out equipment work orders, preventive maintenance plans, and other work for the maintenance department to then execute on. You would help ensure that work is completed in an organized and efficient manner within the maintenance team and communicated effectively to stakeholders throughout the facility.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

• Meet the basic requirements of employment by working safely, performing quality work, and executing tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Actively maintain 5S standards and keep workspaces clean, organized, and ready for safe daily operations.
• Use knowledge of equipment to find correct spare and replacements parts for purchase
• Create a weekly maintenance plan for technicians to execute
• Organizing and scheduling incoming planned work throughout the facility for the maintenance and facilities department
• Maintaining of maintenance plans and preventive maintenance schedules
• Utilize SAP to capture maintenance tasks and schedule development
• Communicate effectively with team members, internal customers, and external customers while promoting a positive, respectful, and customer-focused work culture.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• Knowledge of power circuits, motor controls, machine automation, hydraulics, and pneumatics to understand the work requests for the department
• Ability to work in a team environment with multiple daily tasks and minimal direct supervision.
• General troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Knowledge of CMMS, SAP experience preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and follow written instructions.
