We are headquartered in Edgemont, PA with two other manufacturing/service facilities located in Virginia and Maryland. If you are technically curious, detail-oriented, and ready to grow, this role was built for you.
What tasks will you perform?
- Prepare quotes and RFQs for customers and outside sales.
- Match customers need standard product solutions (training provided).
- Communicate clearly with customers, sales, and internal teams.
- Track quotes, orders, and updates in our CRM.
- Support order entry, delivery timelines, and follow-ups.
- Spot simple cross-sell or up-sell opportunities.
- Build hands-on knowledge of instrumentation, valves, actuation, gas detection, and services.
You will have (required):
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Mechanical/Chemical Engineering) or Business Degree with ability to provide technical solutions (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM Platforms
- Ability to follow documented procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to escalate situations appropriately
