Job Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the vehicle service and repair process while ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to clearly communicate automotive service information in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist with service inquiries
Schedule appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians
Explain recommended repairs, maintenance services, and pricing estimates
Prepare, review, and manage repair orders accurately
Provide timely updates on vehicle status and completion times
Recommend additional maintenance or repair services when appropriate
Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
Address customer concerns professionally and ensure satisfaction
Maintain clear communication between customers, technicians, and management
Requirements
Previous automotive customer service or service advisor experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic automotive knowledge with the ability to explain services clearly
Experience with service management or estimating software is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
