Executive Assistant:
This position is responsible for administrative support to the executive department team leads.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Executive team support
· Maintain company calendar
· Assist in executive schedule management
· Book and coordinate travel schedules, accommodations, transport, and meals.
· Managing office tasks to ensure best practices upheld
· Presentation preparation & conference room management
· Receiving guests and deliveries
· Answering Ring Central VOIP system
· Monthly digital and physical record filings
· Support AR/AP & Operating within set budgets
· Assist with payroll processing verifications
· Sales order processing and Invoicing
· Assist with HR onboarding and management
· Expense report processing
· Develop Internal improvement processes
Education and Experience:
· Associates/bachelor’s degree preferred or commensurate experience.
· 3 years of proven experience in administrative assistant setting or similar role.
Required knowledge, skills, & abilities:
· Ability to follow/comply with Standard Operating Procedures, and Company/Corporate/Regulatory Policies, while servicing multiple priorities.
· Demonstrate ability to work effectively with team members and show initiative to support and/or train other employees
· Work independently on routine tasks with effective time management to meet deadlines
· Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient computer-based system skills including 365, G-Suite, Acumatica, & IOS.
· Work schedules are an 8-5pm structure
· Salary Commensurate with Experience
Eligibility Requirements:
· Must Be legally authorized to work in the United Sates without restriction
· Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
· Must be 18 years of age or older
