Job Description: Endorse Infinity is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representatives to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone.

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.50 - $27.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and problem resolution.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals for call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to empathize and resolve customer issues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt.
