Technical Product Manager

Endor Labs
Palo Alto, CA Full Time
POSTED ON 5/28/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 6/26/2026

At Endor Labs, building the most technically rigorous and developer-friendly AppSec platform (AURI) requires product leaders who can go deep into the details while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you’ll own the definition and delivery of AI product capabilities across Endor’s platform, specifically the integration and connection of our Application Security features into the AI developer tooling.

AI is not an add-on at Endor—it’s the core execution fabric of the platform. You’ll be responsible for productizing agentic capabilities that make security teams meaningfully faster and more accurate, translating real AppSec use cases (auto-triage, reachable-only findings, secure design review, PR feedback, remediation suggestions) into reliable agent workflows with clear inputs, outputs, SLAs, and success criteria. This role goes beyond writing requirements and focuses on delivering intuitive, enterprise-grade, AI-first product experiences for modern AppSec teams.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Strategy and Vision: Own your product area’s vision, strategy, and success, aligning it with user needs and business goals. Directly engage with customers and prospects to gather feedback, understand user problems, and shape the product roadmap.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Define and prioritize features, while working with engineering, from ideation and discovery through execution, launch, and iteration.
  • AI-First Platform: Enhance Endor’s agentic platform–define which agents to build, which tools to add, keeping in mind the trade-offs between cost and latency.
  • Go-to-market: Work with product marketing, sales enablement and other teams to develop messaging and positioning for product launches, and create materials to support the sales team.
  • Data-driven decision making: Use quantitative and qualitative data to track product performance, identify opportunities, and measure the success of the product area.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong technical product management experience in developer-facing platforms
  • Experience with modern developer workflows (CI/CD, IDEs, source code analysis); familiarity with application security concepts is a plus
  • Hands-on experience productizing AI or agent-based systems, including defining workflows, guardrails, and success metrics
  • Ability to go deep technically while maintaining strong product judgment and execution focus
  • Proven ability to partner credibly with engineering, sales engineers, and customers
