Endoer Filtration Inc. is a leader in the manufacture of fluid filtration elements for the pharmaceutical, food/beverage, and micro-electronics industries, among other applications. With our parent company based in Hangzhou, China, the company seeks a talented inside sales maker to drive company growth and support customers from our facility in Loveland, Colorado.
- Developing sales leads: Build rapport with potential accounts, provide technical information, and prepare quotes. It’s expected that the majority of the day will be spent in communication with customers.
- Closing sales: Focus strongly on getting inquiries turned into orders.
- Fulfilling orders: Enter sales order, communicate delivery dates, and manage customer expectations.
- Identifying sales growth opportunities: Research competitors, industry trends, and potential new accounts. Collect and integrate new leads into our contact database.
- Improving business process quality: Follow company standards. Identify system weaknesses and recommend improvements to our policies and procedures.
- Updating their industry knowledge: Study product descriptions, specifications, and applications. Help educate customers. Participate in product training.
- Achieving goals: Accepting ownership for accomplishing assigned tasks and objectives.
- Occasional need to assist in production operations or other duties as may be assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
- 2-3 years’ experience working in a sales role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Proficient skills in Microsoft productivity applications
- Has experience or at least an understanding of business ERP software
- High degree of attention to accuracy and detail
- Has a strong work ethic and is self-driven. Highly capable of working in a close collaborative team environment. Builds strong positive relationships with co-workers.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
