Whether you're an experienced assistant or someone with a strong dental background who is excited to expand your skills, we'd love to meet you. Endodontic experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right individual who is eager to learn and committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
What You'll Be Doing
As an important member of our clinical team, you will:
- Provide chairside assistance during a variety of endodontic procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and materials are ready before each patient arrives
- Clean, disinfect, and restock operatories while following all OSHA and infection control protocols
- Record accurate clinical notes and maintain complete patient documentation
- Help educate patients by reviewing treatment information and post-operative instructions with compassion and professionalism
- Support efficient patient flow by working closely with doctors and fellow team members
- Assist with additional clinical and administrative responsibilities as needed to keep the practice running smoothly
