Financial Analyst Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-time Staff Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role will be integral to supporting financial decision-making and driving data-driven strategies across the organization. The Staff Financial Analyst will focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
As part of the team, you will work under the supervision of the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, contributing to key financial functions, including cost control, budgeting, performance measurement, and financial analysis to support strategic business objectives.
*This position is a hybrid position with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. You must be within commuting distance to our headquarters office in of Brentwood, TN.*
Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed, flexible financial models to guide decision-making at all levels.
- Develop and implement reporting and analytics capabilities to track business performance.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and modeling to support strategic initiatives.
- Manage financial performance against plan, investigate variances, and provide actionable insights.
- Identify and quantify risks and opportunities, offering solutions to improve financial projections.
- Financial modeling for potential acquisitions.
- Develops, maintains, and analyzes cost and performance measurement baselines, including value creation and value capture metrics; performs variance analyses and communicates cost and earned value trends to stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher obtained from an accredited university, preferably in business, engineering, or finance/accounting.
- 0-2 years of experience in a high-performance culture, preferably in a finance-related capacity.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with the curiosity to dive deeply into complex details.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Results-driven mentality with a process-oriented approach
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with MS Excel preferred.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive is a plus.

Location: HYBRID - Brentwood, TN (In office 3 days a week, Remote work 2 days a week)
Work Hours: 8 am to 5pm CST, alternatively 9am to 6pm CST
