Endodontic Practice Partners (EPP) is a doctor-led, specialty-focused Dental Service Organization dedicated exclusively to endodontic practices across the United States. Our mission is to support exceptional clinicians while preserving the integrity and autonomy of private specialty care.
We are seeking a Senior Director of Recruiting to lead national endodontist recruiting strategy and serve as a key strategic partner to executive leadership. Reporting directly to our Chief Dental Officer, this role is instrumental in building relationships, developing pipeline strategy, and driving the placement of top-tier associate endodontists within EPP-affiliated practices.
This is a highly consultative, relationship-driven role suited for an experienced healthcare provider recruiter who thrives at the intersection of strategy, sales, and executive partnership.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Recruiting & Pipeline Development
- Develop and execute national recruiting strategies to attract associate endodontists
- Proactively source and cultivate relationships with endodontists seeking relocation or new opportunities
- Leverage proprietary databases and CRM systems to generate, track, and manage pipeline activity
- Create and oversee multi-channel outreach campaigns (digital, phone, direct engagement, conference strategy)
- Identify and pursue innovative approaches to recruit specialists currently practicing in DSO environments
Executive & Practice Partnership
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Dental Officer and executive leadership
- Align recruiting efforts with expansion plans and associate demand forecasts
- Develop strong working relationships with residency program directors and faculty nationwide
- Serve as a consultative advisor to both candidates and practice leadership
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Placement
- Lead candidates through sourcing, screening, relationship development, negotiation, and placement
- Support contract discussions and ensure alignment between candidate and practice expectations
- Maintain consistent communication regarding openings, placements, and progress
- Ensure seamless candidate transitions and positive onboarding experiences
Leadership & Process Optimization
- Partner cross-functionally with recruiting, marketing, and operations leadership
- Evaluate and improve recruiting workflows, CRM utilization, and reporting structures
- Provide guidance and collaboration to recruiting team members
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of medical, dental, or physician recruiting experience
- Proven success in full-cycle healthcare provider recruitment
- Experience recruiting dental specialists strongly preferred
- Strong consultative sales and contract negotiation skills
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar)
- Executive presence and ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- High integrity, strong business acumen, and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Ability to work hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote)
