What You'll Do
As a Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in providing a smooth and positive experience for both our patients and the doctor.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide compassionate patient care and excellent chairside support
- Assist the doctor with endodontic procedures
- Take digital dental radiographs
- Prepare/clean treatment and examination rooms
- Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
- Review patient charts and prepare them for the doctor's arrival
- Accurately document appropriate patient information during examinations and treatment
- Help maintain efficient patient flow and minimize wait times
- Order, organize, and maintain dental supplies
- Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
What We're Looking For
- Active Oregon Dental Assistant certification
- Oregon Dental Radiology certification (or working on receiving one)
- Dental assisting experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Commitment to compassionate and respectful patient care
