We are seeking a highly organized, intelligent, and detail-oriented Executive Project Assistant to work directly with the CEO on daily assignments, field operations, and special projects. This role requires exceptional follow-through, discretion, initiative, and reliability. You will act as the CEO’s eyes, ears, and operational extension, ensuring tasks are executed fully and accurately while reporting back clearly, concisely, and consistently.
This is an implementation-focused role — ideal for a disciplined doer who enjoys completing projects from start to finish and keeping systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute assignments directly from the CEO — from start to completion with no loose ends.
- Conduct daily site visits to monitor quality, professionalism, cleanliness, supplies, and workflow.
- Prepare daily written update reports summarizing findings, completed tasks, and next steps.
- Maintain structured task lists, timelines, trackers, and follow-up reminders.
- Gather information, conduct research, make calls, and organize project materials as needed.
- Support operational tasks, vendor coordination, or small improvements within the practice.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality, professionalism, and loyalty.
- Ask questions when unclear — never assume, never guess, never improvise outside instruction.
