Role Description The Medical Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Memphis, TN. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing appointment flow, updating and maintaining medical records, handling prescription refill requests, and ensuring accurate use of medical terminology in documentation. The Medical Assistant also provides direct patient care such as patient intake, education on visit procedures, and coordination of follow-up visits. Additional tasks may include administrative support in the medical office, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying patient information.
Qualifications
