Director of Community Impact

Job Summary

The Director of Community Impact provides strategic, oversight, and daily operational management of Endless Options’ Community Integration and Transportation services. This leadership role ensures person-centered service delivery, staff supervision, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. The Director actively contributes to the administrative team and leads initiatives aligned with agency values and strategic goals. The Director of Community Impact serves as a liaison between funders, family members, medical professionals, guardians, and the community.

Job Functions

Program Oversight and Coordination

· Directly oversee Community Integration and Transportation Services to ensure alignment with person-centered goals and agency standards.

· Ensure functional activities (social, community, special events, and one-on-one) are meaningful, inclusive, and implemented as outlined in the Individual Support Plan (ISP).

· Provide input and recommendations for the development of ISPs and participate in planning team communications.

· Ensure proper representation at team meetings and attend as needed.

Staff Supervision and Development

· Supervise program coordinators, including coaching, training, and performance evaluations (90-day and annual).

· Schedule and lead regular staff meetings to support communication and continuous improvement.

· Ensure adequate staff coverage, including availability to provide direct support coverage as needed.

· Ensure staff receive required initial and ongoing training and certifications, with proper documentation maintained.

Documentation, Quality, and Compliance

· Ensure accurate and timely completion of required documentation, including monthly reviews and objective tracking.

· Review, compile, and analyze outcomes data for agency reporting and continuous quality improvement.

· Monitor compliance with CARF standards, contractual requirements, and internal quality assurance processes.

· Support implementation of safety committee recommendations and agency-wide QA initiatives.

Administrative and Financial Duties

· Review and monitor departmental budgets, planning purchases in alignment with agency fiscal priorities.

· Submit and review billing for services in accordance with Medicaid and other applicable funding sources, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and billing timelines.

· Participate in agency leadership meetings, representing Community Integration and Transportation services.

· Assist in strategic planning and contribute to the achievement of agency-wide performance goals.

Coaching and Agency Culture

· Serve as the agency lead coach, modeling, training, and providing feedback to agency coaches and staff.

· Promote and uphold EO’s core values: Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Relationships, and Teamwork.

· Participate in agency-wide functions, training, and community partnerships as a representative of EO.

Transportation and Support

· Provide transportation to individuals when necessary.

· Maintain professional relationships with external providers, family members, guardians, and healthcare professionals.

Other Duties

· Attend board meetings and agency events as requested.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the COO or Executive Leadership Team.

· Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field or qualified by education and training to serve as a QDDP as specified by the Missouri Department of Mental Health.

· Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in developmental disabilities services or similar setting.

· Valid driver's license.

· Ability to work as a team member, communicate effectively, and act in a professional manner.

· Ability to read, analyze, interpret and write reports and to perform basic math.

· Maintain certification in all mandated training courses (i.e. Department of Mental Health Level 1 Certified Medication Administration CPR, First Aid, Safety Care, Abuse and Neglect).

· Obtain annual PPD.

· Complete the Tools of Choice positive behavior supports curriculum and pass all subsequent competency checks.

· Serve as the lead agency coach and provide observation, feedback, and training to staff members and agency coaches monthly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,080.00 - $66,560.00 per year
