Role: Sales Install Coordinator
The Sales Install Coordinator supports the daily operations of the technician teams directly assigned to them. They are responsible for the strategic scheduling, customer communications, and follow up of jobs to ensure revenue targets are met.

The Sales Install Coordinator supports the daily operations of the technician teams directly assigned to them. They are responsible for the strategic scheduling, customer communications, and follow up of jobs to ensure revenue targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the constant monitoring and documentation of all signed contracts through the install pipeline.
- Completing out the job details and subdetails to ensure that custom fields for reporting metrics are complete and accurate.
- Reviewing technician completed close out forms to ensure job details are updated correctly, follow up appointments are scheduled in a timely manner.
- Responsible for all direct customer communications after the signed contract to communicate coordinate financing, confirm install dates, secure necessary paperwork.
- Conducting Happy Customer calls, reiterating requests for reviews if one has not been completed, and the first line of defense for customer escalation issues.
- Reviewing each project after it has been completed to either add an appointment or to close the project out appropriately in Service Titan.
- Applying for any applicable permits needed for projects assigned to their technician team, calling for inspection, and closing out of the permit.
- Filing any applicable rebates applicable to projects assigned to their technician team.
- Registering any applicable equipment with the manufacturer for warranties and/or registration of labor warranties as applicable to projects assigned to their technician teams.
- Offering Preventative Maintenance contracts to any customers who are not currently on a plan and updating the PM contract information in Service Titan with the accurate start and end dates of the contract.
- Work with clients through any financing options, questions and procedures to assist with revenue goals.
