Endless Clean Car Wash is hiring a full-time Site Manager to take charge of day-to-day operations at one of our locations. This is not a desk job and it’s not for the faint of heart. We’re looking for someone who thrives under pressure, keeps the site running like a machine, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty; every single day. This role is demanding and fast-paced.

This job involves 100 degree heat, sudden equipment failures, short-staffed shifts, customer issues, and managing a team that sometimes needs a serious push. You’ll be out in the sun, dealing with busted vacs, fixing broken sprayers, wiping down equipment, and making sure the site looks like it’s ready for an inspection at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Operations and Facility Oversight

• Keep the site clean, organized, and fully operational every shift, every day
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and coordinate repairs as needed
• Follow all Jolt checklists, monitor site cleanliness inside and out, and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Track inventory needs, place orders, and maintain accurate records of site deficiencies or damage

Team Leadership and Performance Management

• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team committed to our standards
• Walk new hires through every part of the site, ensuring they are trained, equipped with uniforms, and entered into both Jolt and Homebase
• Enforce clock-in procedures and role assignments; no double-staffing in the tunnel unless approved
• Hold team members accountable for cleaning, prepping, vacuuming, and customer interactions
• Coach employees to take initiative, stay off phones, and work efficiently during slow periods

Customer Experience and Sales

• Ensure every team member follows the 6-foot rule: greet every customer within 6 feet, ask how their wash was, and offer support
• Pitch memberships consistently and correctly; ensure everyone knows how to use the pay stations and pitch higher-tier packages
• Maintain a clean, professional, and family-friendly environment at all times
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate to upper management when needed

Administrative and Compliance Duties

• Review and approve timesheets; prevent unauthorized overtime
• Enforce company policies including attendance, dress code, personal phone use, and safety standards
• Stay on top of training documentation, write-ups, task completion, and Jolt compliance
• Manage communication between your team and the regional manager to keep your site running at peak performance

What We’re Looking For

• Recent experience in the express car wash industry is required. Only applicants with relevant experience will be considered
• Minimum 2 years of site-level or shift management experience, ideally in a car wash, retail, or service setting
• Strong mechanical instincts and comfort working with hands-on tasks
• Calm under pressure, solution-focused, and capable of leading a team without micromanaging
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards while motivating the team
• Excellent communication skills and confidence holding others accountable
• Thick skin, strong work ethic, and zero tolerance for drama, laziness, or cutting corners

• Starting at $17/hr, with higher pay based on experience and performance
