Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time remote role for a Travel Agent located in Romeoville, IL. The Travel Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, including booking reservations, creating itineraries, and managing car rentals. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing client inquiries, and offering tailored travel solutions to meet individual needs. The role also involves promoting travel packages, upselling services, and collaborating with clients to ensure their travel experiences are seamless.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Reservations, including airline, hotel, and other travel bookings
• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to address client needs effectively
• Experience in Car Rental coordination and Travel Arrangements
• Sales skills, including upselling travel packages and services
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of major travel booking tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in travel-related fields are a bonus
