Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Reservations, including airline, hotel, and other travel bookings
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to address client needs effectively
- Experience in Car Rental coordination and Travel Arrangements
- Sales skills, including upselling travel packages and services
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of major travel booking tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems) is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in travel-related fields are a bonus
