- Evaluate and recruit appropriate student-athletes with excellent academic record.
- Assist in scouting, practice planning, game preparation, and film breakdown.
- Assist with all player development activities.
- Help organize prospect and youth camps for the program.
- Assist with all team operations and administrative duties.
- Assist with fundraising and the continued development of positive public relations with alumni and the community.
- Create a positive and productive environment for student athletes.
- Attend department meetings and be an active member of the Endicott Athletic Department.
- Contribute to department needs as required, including Game Day Management assistance.
- Possess knowledge of and abide by NCAA and Conference of New England rules and regulations.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned by the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, Director of Athletics and Athletic Administration.
Reports to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and Athletic Department.

- 3-5 years playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level.
- Current adult CPR/AED certification.
- Working knowledge of computer software applications (Hudl, Synergy, Teamworks, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and environments.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Salary : $40,000 - $45,000
