JOB PURPOSE:
Services provided by the person in this position should promote recovery and wellness, community integration, independent living within the community and improved quality of life. A high level of detailed electronic documentation is required and adherence to company and state guidelines is expected. Ensure delivery of wellness services to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) employees and their families by promoting and developing awareness of the program and conducting full eligibility screenings of potential clients.
Provide comprehensive case management to CBP employees and their families who are seeking a better quality of life. The Case Manager is part of a multidisciplinary team who serves as the bridge between clinical services, wellness services and community resources. This position will work with clients to deliver case management in office setting and/or community-based settings.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in social work, Sociology, Psychology, or related field preferred OR any combination of experience and education that results in the required knowledge, skill, and abilities is required. EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of case management experience preferred. 2 years in a customer service-focused environment preferred. Experience with law enforcement, veterans & their families is a strong plus. ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion. LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record. LMSW, LBSW, LMFT preferred. Must be able to pass a background check investigation. OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.
